Equine Chiropractor Keeps Kentucky Derby Winner “I’ll Have Another” Healthy

May 25, 2012

It’s been 34 years since a horse has last won the Triple Crown. Over many decades of horse racing, only eleven horses have won the coveted Triple Crown, and on June 9th, I’ll Have Another will be the first to attempt the feat since 2008. Although it is a rare achievement, I’ll Have Another has more than just fate on his side.

The rigors racing puts on a horse’s body are immense, and recognizing the importance of the health of the horse, trainer Doug O’Neil has brought in a one of a kind specialist to help guide I’ll Have Another to the Triple Crown. Larry Jones (TX) specializes in equine chiropractics, using his own personal past experiences to drive his success. Instead of using medical practices such as injections, Jones strives for flexibility and limberness to his horses through chiropractic care, which he believes is the key to success. “He is incredible”, says O’Neil, “He is a wonderful asset to me”.

Chiropractic Care has gone beyond human treatment proving its success. At Multi-Specialty HealthCare, we believe in giving the same "Triple Crown" quality treatment to our chiropractic patients helping them live pain free in their own“race” of life.
