I would highly recommend this facility. The administrative staff is extremely accommodating assisting in any way they can to ensure you have a pleasant and successful visit. The staff at the Reception Areas made this process smooth and easy. Dr. Howard Stern administered highly professional, compassionate, and excellent quality of care. He made the patient feel like they were in the right place receiving the best treatment from the best physician. Dr. Sam administers highly competent and successful treatment in Physical Therapy, doing everything he can to alleviate the patient’s pain and increase their mobility and function. I feel blessed to have discovered this Health Care Facility at this time in my life and I would highly recommend this establishment for treatment.
The PT staff there is incredible!!! I was so surprised how happy and upbeat everyone was. I can tell the staff loved their jobs and really cared about helping to make me feel better, physically and mentally. I really missed everyone once my PT was over. I would definitely recommend anyone to go there!
This was definitely an extraordinary really special place to visit where they make you feel like family and treat you very kind and evaluate you from head to toe definitely a place that you definitely want to visit if you have a situation and you’re trying to get complete healing.
My experience with the medical services with Multi Specialty have been extremely positive. To go there with terrible injuries and feel totally confident (from the initial exam throughout all interactions) that I am being attended to by excellent health care professionals.
Dr. Kim and Dr. Lyons listen to me, as a patient. That is not only important; it is refreshing to have health care practitioners center all efforts at getting to the heart of what can best help make me, the patient, healthier. Listening is key.
In addition to the great doctors, the other medical staff are equally wonderful, professional and helpful. I was made to feel welcome by them and important as a patient in a very inviting and well appointed environment. From the always capable and warm assistance I have received when I have physical therapy from Jamaica and Chelsea – to the great assistance and smile I get when I walk through the front door from Nancy – and from me having any question answered with immediate attention from the Office Manager, Melissa – I have found every aspect of my interactions with Multi Specialty the best.

Very professional. Everyone treats you with respect and as if you were the only patient they were seeing at that time. From the front desk staff to the doctors everyone works great together and accommodate you in every way possible

VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF..CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY PROFESSIONAL, I felt VERY WELCOMED each time for all my appointments…no matter how bad my pain, once I left there office, I had very little pain and a smile….
