Aquatic Therapy Program is comprised of a comprehensive program in our indoor pool, maintained at a constant 93-degree temperature.

Aquatic therapy is used to treat many medical issues related to workers’ comp—including carpal tunnel syndrome and other repetitive-stress or overuse problems, and back, neck, shoulder and knee pain—with the goal to get the injured worker back on the job as quickly and safely as possible. Aquatic therapy is an effortless way for people to workout, with less pain, in a smoother, less jarring environment. The program is ideal for post-surgical rehabilitation, acute, or chronic injuries as well as obese patients. Baltimore Work Rehab’s heated pool increases mobility, strength, and conditioning, while decreasing muscle tightness and reducing joint swelling.
